By downloading, installing, or using the YNTA mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.
2. Description of Service
YNTA is a fitness application that allows users to track workouts, create exercise routines, monitor progress, and connect with personal trainers. The app offers both individual (Solo) and trainer-managed modes.
3. User Accounts
To use YNTA, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Share inappropriate or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Use the app to spam or harass other users
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of YNTA, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of YNTA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (workout logs, custom exercises, etc.). By using YNTA, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
7. Health Disclaimer
YNTA is designed to help you track and plan your fitness activities. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. You use the app and perform exercises at your own risk.
8. Trainer Services
If you use YNTA as a personal trainer, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate qualifications and certifications. YNTA does not verify trainer credentials and is not liable for any training advice or services provided through the app.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YNTA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or any damages arising from your use of the app.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of YNTA after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
