Account & Login Issues

Having trouble logging in or accessing your account? Try resetting your password through the app. If the issue persists, contact us with your registered email address.

Workout Data & Sync

Your workout data is automatically synced to the cloud. If you notice missing data, ensure you have a stable internet connection and try pulling down to refresh.

Trainer Mode

To switch to trainer mode, go to Settings and select "Switch to Trainer Mode". You'll need to complete your trainer profile to start managing clients.

Delete Account

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This action is permanent and will remove all your data within 30 days.
